Your contact details
Please make sure you provide us with a valid and active phone number, email, address and delivery details - as we will use these details for quoting, contact and delivery. Where possible please advise any access issues when ordering.
Your quoted price does not include delivery or shipping. We will provide quotations for UK carriage upon confirmation of the delivery address. You can make arrangements for collection of your item on date to be agreed between us. Please note that we bear no responsibility for orders damaged in transit once they have left our premises.
We can also provide an export packing and shipping service including insurance - please ask for a quotation. Alternatively, you are welcome to handle your own export shipping once we have delivered to a UK address. This means responsibility for export packaging, arranging customs documentation and organising the freight.
Paint is currently only available to be delivered in the UK.
For orders placed before 12pm, please allow 2 Working Days for delivery.
For orders placed after 12pm, please allow 3 working days for delivery.
We will notify you once your goods have been shipped.
Cancellation - Furniture
Our furniture is made-to-order and so in the event that having placed an order you wish to cancel it, you are entitled to cancel your purchase providing you act within 7 working days of placing your order. Cancellation after this period is at our discretion and may incur charges based on the state of the order. This applies to cancellation of orders prior to delivery. If your order has already been delivered, unfortunately we do not offer a cancellation service.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be send for any payments received.
Returns - Furniture
Atelier Ellis or bespoke orders can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
You are responsible for ensuring that the furniture that you have ordered can fit through access available.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

No Goods are supplied on a sale or return basis as all paint is mixed to order.
There should be no liability on Atelier Ellis to accept returned Goods. Any Goods returned by a Buyer or anybody acting on his behalf will remain the risk of the Buyer and Atelier Ellis for the avoidance of doubt confirms that no liability of any description is accepted in respect of returned Goods.

Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. Time shall not be of the essence in the delivery of any goods and the vendor shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery beyond the value of the goods in question.
The foregoing exclusions and limitations do not affect (and are subject to) those of your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be excluded by law.
These terms and conditions and any claims arising in relation to goods ordered or supplied shall in all respects be governed by English Law and any dispute arising under or in connection with the foregoing shall be for the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
